As Leila isn't entirely a healthy kid she has some difficulty with her hand-eye coordination. Most of the neurologists advise to do everything with young kids for improving hand-eye coordination simply because this skill is learned early on. It's not easy to change once a person get older. There are some practices for athletic adults and kids to consider when they desire to improve hand-eye coordination for the sake of sports performance. A game of visual planning and organization advised to everyone is called Connect Four. The hand element of hand-eye coordination won't get much of a warm-up. However, the eye element will and that can't hurt. Quickly work focusing on a near and then far piece. Leila's parents practice this drill with her from time to time. They have the girl try to throw a soft ball by them into a real goal like a box or a large can. The parents take part in this game. They have to stop the ball with their hands. So Leila has to move closer or further away. A ball is always a kids' lovely toy. Leila likes her ball too. She can improve her hand-eye coordination by throwing it a ball up in the air repeatedly and catch it. When Leila grows up, she will be able to play more difficult game. She'll get a light colored ball with letters written on it with a dark marker. I'm sure her parent will help their kid. They'll throw and catch the ball and call out the last letter they see. They practice to workout outdoors with wall ball. The kid stands in front of a flat wall with a ball. Then she begins to throw it against the wall and catch it. After she's warmed up sufficiently, she can start to throw it against the wall with only one hand. Leila's Dad adores boxing. And he demonstrates outstanding hand-eye coordination. Her daughter imitates his workout using speed bag. When kids are involved in sports they get great opportunities. Virtually any sport from golf to baseball or to karate will improve hand-eye coordination. In fact, probably nothing will help to improve it more than a sport people attend regularly, whether it is a town sports league or something in a professional sense.
